How long does my order take to ship?

Once an order is placed during our operational hours, our studio immediately begins preparing your package. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days to ensure your premium fresh batches reach you as expeditiously as possible

Do you offer international shipping? 

To protect extended shipping timelines and product integrity we do not offer international shipping at this time. We do plan to introduce international in the near future.

What is your return policy? 

All Sales Are Final Due to the small-batch, artisanal nature of our premium formulations and strict cosmetic hygiene standards, Colour of My Skin does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, nor do we issue refunds.
